B) Bear Complex

7 sets each rounds of:
Power Clean (135/95)
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

* Scale weight as needed but should be challenging
* Each set (7 complexes) should be done unbroken
* Rest between rounds as needed
