Week 1 - Week 3 we’ll go off of the percentages of 1 RM in the app, then we’ll repeat for Weeks 4-6 but will add 10 lbs to our 1 RM weight that we started on.
Monday - Back Squat
Wednesday - Deadlift
Friday - Strict Press

Imperial CrossFit had a large turnout to honor fallen Officer Diego Moreno. We appreciate all that came out to honor and pay tribute to the service he gave and who donated to help support his family. With the help of all of you, we were able to collect over $1,000 in donations for the Moreno family.
