Take 5-10 minutes to warm up both movements:
1) Pull Ups
2) HSPU
B) EMOM - 12 minutes
Odd: 4-5 Pull Ups (your choice)
Even: 4-5 HSPU (you choice)
* You choose which type of each movement to work on as your weakness
* Scale up or down as needed
C) AMRAP - 10 minutes
