* If you did weigh-ins, weigh back in with Ryan by Friday, April 7
* If you did the body fat test both times, e-mail your before & after body fat test info to Ryan by Friday, April 7

A) Warm-up - Take 15 minutes
3 rounds total
10-15 reps each of the following:
Sampson Stretch (each leg)
OHS (45/35)
Sit Ups
Supermans (watch video below)
Ring Rows
Dips
* Take your time and use time well to warm-up for FRAN
* Focus on movements standards and the overall stretch

B) Re-test of FRAN
