Minute 1: 2 Wall Balls + 5 Toes to Bar
Minute 2: 4 wall Balls + 5 Toes to Bar
Minute 3: 6 Wall Balls + 5 Toes to Bar
Minute 4: 8 Wall Balls + 5 Toes to Bar... and so on...
* Every minute Wall Balls increase by 2 reps; number of Toes to Bar stays at 5 reps
* Wall Balls are 20/14 - scaled as needed
* If you're not able to finish all reps in the minute, sit out the following minute and continue the next minute
* Score = total number of Wall Balls and Toes to Bar combined
* Total for all reps for all 10 minutes is 160 reps
