COURSE DETAILS
SCHEDULE the course is on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm for your 1st 2 weeks*
INCLUDES included in the on ramp rate is the course + an additional 2 weeks of regular crossfit classes
YOUR 1ST DAY when showing up your first day just weary your workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle, we’ve got you from there.

Don’t let that discourage you from taking that first step! We can modify our training and workouts for every age, fitness level, or current/past injury.
