A) Front Squats

Set 1: 3 reps @ 70%
Set 2: 3 reps @ 80%
Set 3: 3+ reps @ 90%

B) For time
Start with: 400m DB/KB Farmers Carry (53/35 in each hand)
Then, 2 rounds:
50 Sit Ups
25 OHS (135/95)
End with: 400m DB/KB Farmers Carry
