A) Take 15 minutes:
8 sets x1 @ 85% of 1RM
* 5 Strict Pull Ups after each set
* Rest 1:00-1:30 between sets
B) Take 20 minutes:
5 sets total
Touch 'n Go Clean & Jerks x3
* 10 HSPU after each set
* work up in weight each set for Clean & Jerks with good form
* work on efficiency in kip of HSPU; scaling options in video below
* if you're efficient with kipping HSPU, scale up to strict HSPU for a challenge
* ask a coach or your friends to help you out!
