NEW TO CROSSFIT? ON-RAMP IS FOR YOU!

For those of you who are new to CrossFit and our style of training, new to exercise, or just don't know where to begin, we offer On-Ramp classes as a precursor to our regular class regimen. This is ideal for " beginners" or as a refresher for the experienced.  

Our CrossFit trainers will walk you through the proper mechanics and techniques at light loads. We emphasize form and consistency first, and then intensity. Once you become consistent with the mechanics under the direction of our coaches you will then learn how to gradually increase the intensity to what you perform. 

As you display sufficient proficiency in fundamental mechanics and skills, after On-Ramp you are invited to join our regular classes. These one-hour classes consist mostly of the following four components: a warm-up, skill review, workout of the day (WOD), and a cool down.  

On-Ramp will run for 2 weeks total and is held three times a week, on Mon/Tue/Thurs from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.  (Please call or email if you are not available on those days/times, we can work with you on the schedule). Once you've attended all 6 classes, you'll be able to join our regular classes. On-Ramp starts every Monday.
